The researchers assumed that there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the level of psychological energy mobilization, and the experimental approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the research, where the research community and its sample consisted of the 20 players of the Nineveh basketball team, while the research sample consisted of 16 players who were chosen in this way They were randomly distributed into two experimental and control groups, with 8 players per group, after excluding 4 players for stability purposes.
And use the appropriate statistical means for the research, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T test for one and two samples, the percentage using the Spss statistical bag, to process the data.
The researchers concluded that the control group was characterized by a low level of psychological energy because it was not exposed to the counseling program, while the experimental group that was subjected to the counseling program had a development in the level of psychological energy.
The researchers recommended taking advantage of the counseling program for the current study, in addition to building other programs for different activities that are in the interest of sports performance.
