The ability to balance well in addition to other motor abilities, and the research aims to design a training device (moving surfaces) unstable to develop some motor abilities and prepare exercises according to training devices Unstable (moving surfaces) to develop some motor abilities and prepare exercises according to training devices (moving surfaces) to develop some motor abilities of freestyle wrestlers and then identify the effect of exercises according to training devices (moving surfaces) to develop some motor abilities of freestyle wrestlers. Equivalent groups (experimental and control) As the research community included the Wasit Governorate clubs that actually participate in the Iraq Youth Club Championship, which number (4) clubs, and they are (74 kg). (18-20) years old, and their number (12) wrestlers represent the most weight present in clubs, and after conducting tribal tests and applying exercises to the experimental sample, dimensional tests were conducted and statistical data were processed, and many conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that exercises with moving surfaces contributed to the development of capabilities Kinetic (compatibility, agility, kinetic balance).
