The relationship between social intelligence level and personal traits of fourth-grade football students

The development of physical education in any country depends primarily and finally on scientific planning that utilizes knowledge and awareness to establish the components of athletic construction and advance it on strong and solid foundations. One of the most important of these fundamental sciences is "Sports Psychology". The current research problem lies in answering the following question: "Is there a relationship between social intelligence and personal traits among fourth-grade students?" The research aims to identify social intelligence and personal traits among fourth-grade students and to determine the relationship between social intelligence and personal traits. The researcher assumes that there is a statistically significant relationship between social intelligence and personal traits. The researcher used the descriptive method to match the research sample and used the social intelligence scale and the personal traits scale. The researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between the research sample's social intelligence and personal traits. The researcher recommends the necessity of paying attention to personal traits due to their important role in dealing with others and emphasizing the importance of social intelligence by guiding teachers on how to use this intelligence in the social curriculum.
