The researcher chose the experimental method using the method of two equal groups (experimental and control), and the researcher identified the research community as the players of the Iraqi clubs participating in the Iraq Clubs Championship (2023) in the (100X4) meter event (advanced category), numbering (24) players. After that, the researcher divided the sample randomly into two equal groups, experimental and control, each group consisting of (12) players, i.e. three teams in each group. The researcher prepared a guidance-psychological program for psychological skills that includes guidance lectures and special videos for the psychological aspect that increase psychological skills, which consisted of (18) guidance lectures, each lecture lasting (30) minutes, given to the experimental group before starting training for a period of (6) weeks, at a rate of (3) lectures per week (Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday). The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the effect of the guidance-psychological program in developing psychological skills and sources of self-confidence and running (100X4) (advanced category) (experimental group). The curriculum prepared by the trainer did not affect the development of psychological skills and sources of self-confidence and running (100X4) (advanced category) (control group), and the superiority of the counseling-psychological program over the program prepared by the trainer in developing psychological skills and sources of self-confidence and running (100X4) (advanced category).
