Learning basketball skills requires the development of a range of motor skills and fundamental techniques, which can be challenging for many learners, especially in an educational environment such as high schools. Female physical education and sports science students face difficulties not only in learning sports skills but also in managing the psychological pressures associated with academic responsibilities. This study aims to explore how a multidimensional training program, focusing on enhancing educational exercises, can contribute to improving psychological balance and developing basketball skills among high school female students. The study employed an experimental approach, using a questionnaire as a research tool after identifying the target phenomenon, which is psychological balance. A pilot experiment was conducted to test the measurement tools and perform the necessary scientific procedures for the scale. The sample was randomly selected, and specific tests were used to assess basic skills. The main experiment was conducted on two groups: an experimental group and a control group, with multidimensional educational exercises applied to the experimental group. The results showed that the multidimensional educational exercises helped enhance the students' psychological stability and proved to be an effective comprehensive training method that contributes to the development of both psychological and motor aspects of the students.
