التمكين الاداري وعلاقته بالأداء التدريسي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية

هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة مدى توافر نطاق التمكين الإداري، لدى تدريسين التربية الرياضية في المديرية العامة لتربية ديالى ، والتعرف على العلاقة , بين التمكين الإداري والاداء التدريسين لمدرسي التربية الرياضية , من خلال مقياس التمكين الاداري وايضا اعداد استبانة مكونة من ( 24 ) فقرة خاصة بأداء التدريس , وتكونت عينة البحث من ( 100 ) من مدرسي التربية الرياضية واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمة طبيعة البحث , وتوصل الباحث الى النتائج , ان التمكين الاداري له دور كبير على الاداء التدريسي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية, وكلما كان التمكين الاداري عالي وجيد يعكس صورة ايجابية على عملية الاداء في التدريس للمادة من حيث السيطرة والتحكم بشكل فعال, واوصى الباحث الى تعزيز الإبداع، وتشجيع التدريسين على التخطيط والتنظيم للمادة العلمية بشكل جيد لتطبيق مفهوم التمكين الإداري.
