Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare and apply a questionnaire for the management of high inclusion and to identify the levels of its dimensions (development practices, rewards, information sharing, empowerment) for the deans of colleges from the point of view of officials of the student activities divisions in Iraqi universities.

The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and the research sample consisted of (151) officials distributed over (37) divisions of student activities in Iraqi universities.

To achieve the objectives of the research, it was required to prepare a questionnaire for the administration of high containment in its dimensions, and to verify its validity and reliability. In processing the data statistically, the percentage, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), the Spearman-Brown equation, the Alfa Cro-Nabach equation, and the Gitman equation were used. The researchers concluded that there are different levels of high inclusion management and the levels of its dimensions to the deans of the faculties from the point of view of officials of the student activities divisions in the Iraqi universities.
