The research aimed to prepare and apply a questionnaire for the moral leadership of the supervisor in the specialty of physical education and to identify the levels of its dimensions (personal characteristics, administrative characteristics, human relations, teamwork) from the point of view of physical education teachers in the city of Mosul.
The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and the research sample consisted of (169) physical education teachers.
To achieve the objectives of the research, it was required to prepare an ethical leadership questionnaire with its dimensions and verify its validity and reliability, and in processing the data statistically, the percentage, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), the Spearman-Brown equation, the Alfa Cro-Nabach equation, and the Gutman equation were used. The researchers concluded that the possibility of preparing and applying a questionnaire of ethical leadership in its dimensions for the specialist supervisor from the point of view of teachers of physical education in the city of Mosul, and the existence of different levels of ethical leadership and its dimensions for the supervisor in the specialty of physical education from the point of view of teachers of physical education in the city of Mosul.
