Abstract

 

The importance of the study lies in knowing the effective role of inspiring leadership and job immersion for decision makers in the sports talent centers in Iraq, as these centers are the effective element in preparing a promising sports generation, , and through the researcher's briefing and follow-up of the departments and talent centers in the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the direct observation of the supervisors and his field visits prompted the researcher to delve into this problem and to identify the extent of job immersion among the employees of the talent sports centers in Iraq and through  The foregoing, the researcher in this study will try to answer the question about the type of relationship between inspirational leadership and job immersion among the employees of the sports talent centers in Iraq. The research aims to build a measure of leadership skills and prepare a measure in conflict management Due to the nature of the research problem, the researcher identified his research community, who are the workers in the centers  Sports talent in Iraq Their number is (818) workers in the centers of specialized sports talent distributed in (17) specialized centers consisting of (72) departments, each department is specialized in effectiveness, and table (1) shows the distribution of the community, the sample and the percentages, as the construction sample reached (100) workers with a ratio of (  12.2) from the original community, while the application sample amounted to (178) workers, with a rate of (21.8) from the original community athletic talent.
