The handball competition is one of the team games that are widely practiced and occupies a distinct and advanced position among sports. It is an interesting game because it contains multiple skills that require mastery and performance well and wonderful by the players, and it has its own peculiarity in terms of rapid strength development that plays an important role in performance Skill, and the skill of shooting is one of the most basic skills in the game of handball and is the boundary between winning and losing, but all skills become useless, as well as playing plans if they do not end with hitting the target, and through the experience of the two researchers in the field of the game academically and practically, they noticed a problem related to On the training side in terms of random training that does not focus on the principles of training, which leads to a drop in the rapid ability of both hands and legs related to the level of performance of the shooting skill, which constitutes a major role in achieving goals during the match, which qualifies the team to win, and the research aims to prepare physical effort exercises according to the threshold Anaerobic to avoid excessive training in developing rapid strength and shooting skill from jumping high with handball, the researchers used the experimental method by pre-test and The dimension of the two experimental and control groups due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community was determined for the player of the Popular Mobilization Sports Club, youth for handball in the 2021 sports season, and they numbered (20 players), as the research sample was selected by a comprehensive inventory method and the sample was divided into two experimental groups and a control group with a value of (10). player) for each group and the physical effort exercises were applied according to the anaerobic threshold to avoid excessive training for a period of eight weeks and by three educational units per week.
