The study aims to:
_ Preparing the administrative freedom questionnaire for the heads of scientific branches in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul.
_ Identifying the percentages of the contribution of administrative freedom to sustainable leadership in the scientific branches of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in his survey style, and the research sample was represented by teachers in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul, distributed in (3) branches, where the administrative freedom questionnaire was prepared, and the sustainable leadership questionnaire was adopted as a means of data collection, and the data was processed statistically using the statistical bag (Spss IBM), and the researcher reached the following conclusions.
_ The validity of the administrative freedom questionnaire for the heads of scientific branches of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul.
_ There is a significant correlation between administrative freedom and sustainable leadership.
