Abstract

Research Summary

The aim of the research is to prepare exercises with different training methods in developing some physical and skill variables for soccer players, and to identify the effect of exercises with different training methods in developing some physical and skill variables under study among the research sample members, and to identify the differences in the development of some physical and skill variables under study. between the players of the experimental and control groups in the pre and post tests, and to identify the differences in the development of some physical and skill variables under study between the players of the experimental and control groups in the post and post tests.

The research assumed the existence of statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and post tests in some physical and skill variables under study among the sample of the control group and in favor of the post tests, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and post tests in some physical and skill variables under study among the sample of the experimental groups. And in favor of the post tests, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the results of the post test in some physical and skill variables under study among the sample members of the experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental groups.

The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community deliberately identified the players of the Kifri Sports Club in football, the category of applicants, who numbered (22) players, and the research sample was chosen by (18) players representing a percentage of (81.82%) of the research community. They were selected randomly using lots, and this sample was divided into two groups, experimental and control, with (6) players for each group. From physical and skill tests as means of data collection, the researcher used a number of statistical methods through the use of the Statistical Bag of Scientific Methods (SPSS) and statistical methods.

The researcher concluded a number of conclusions, including: The results between the pre and post tests of the two experimental groups showed that there were statistically significant differences for most of the variables studied, as shown by the results of the study, and that the training exercises in both methods greatly affected the development of the physical variables under study, because they contain the appropriate intensity and appropriate frequency. This led to this development, and that the training exercises in both methods greatly affected the development of the skill variables under study, which reflected the result of the high level of physical variables that led to this development, and that the development of the physical variables of the members of the two experimental groups was matched by a significant increase in the level of skill performance in relation to the skill variables studied and this What the results of the study showed, and there was a preference for the station style exercises over the fartlek style exercises in developing the skill variables under study.
