An analytical study on the organizational cynicism of physical education teachers in the city center of Mosul

Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare and apply a questionnaire of organizational sarcasm for teachers of physical education and to identify organizational sarcasm and the levels of its dimensions (cognitive, emotional, behavioral) for physical education teachers in Mosul city center.

The researchers used the descriptive survey method for its suitability to the current research, and the research sample was chosen by the intentional comprehensive enumeration method, as it included all teachers of physical education in the city of Mosul, and the researchers obtained (177) questionnaires subject to statistical analysis. To achieve the objectives of the research, it was required to prepare an organizational sarcasm questionnaire for physical education teachers, and to achieve the objectives of the research, it was required to prepare an organizational sarcasm questionnaire with its dimensions (cognitive, emotional, behavioral) and verify its validity and reliability. Simple (Pearson), The Spearman-Brown equation, the Cro-Nabach alpha equation, and the Gittmann equation. The researchers concluded that the organizational sarcasm questionnaire can be applied in its dimensions for physical education teachers, and there are medium levels of organizational sarcasm and its dimensions (cognitive, emotional), and a low level of behavioral organizational sarcasm for physical education teachers in Mosul city center.
