The effect of using weight training by the isometric training method to develop endurance performance and achievement for bow and arrow players

The study aimed to identify the effect of using a training program for weight exercises using the isometric training method in developing performance endurance and achievement for bow and arrow players, and the researcher used the experimental approach for its suitability to the nature of the problem. They were divided into two experimental groups working on weight training using the isometric training method in addition to the training subject in the curriculum, and a control group working on the followed curriculum without using weight training using the isometric method. The number of players was (5) players for each group, and the implementation period of the program lasted (12) weeks, with (3) training units per week. In developing the performance and achievement of the experimental group, the researcher recommends the trainers to use the proposed training program for weight exercises using the isometric training method as a companion to the training curriculum for bow and arrow players.
