Due to the nature of the fencing game in general and the foil weapons in particular, with its numerous playing situations and transitions from defensive to offensive positions and vice versa in a matter of seconds, learners are required to possess sufficient motor and skill abilities to perform the tactical duties correctly during matches. The research aims to develop compound exercises using rubber tools to enhance motor abilities and offensive skills in foil fencing and determine the impact of these compound exercises on coordination, agility, and some offensive skills. The curriculum was applied to the sample individuals over a period of 12 weeks, with one unit per week, using the experimental method with pre- and post-tests. The results of the pre- and post-tests showed improvement in all study variables, which can be attributed to the quality and effectiveness of the applied exercises. Based on the above, the researchers recommend focusing on such exercises that rely on comprehensiveness, precision in preparation, and the integration of mental, motor, and skill abilities, forming an interconnected movement series.
