Special exercises for the progressive activity style and its impact on learning my skills in transmission and reception in volleyball for students

Competition among psychologists and educators who are interested in learning and teaching methods, especially in introducing various learning activities and techniques, which make the learner the basis of the educational process and turn them into thinkers and critics after being just recipients of information and conveyors of facts and knowledge. Among those methods is the use of progressive activities, and the study aimed to identify the effect of exercises used in the progressive activity style and their impact on learning some volleyball skills. The researcher used the experimental method with the experimental and control groups, as it suited the nature of the problem. The research community consisted of students from Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba Preparatory School, totaling 60 students, representing 100% of the sample. The study reached the following conclusions: the use of progressive activity stimulates participation and learning, and it requires more time and effort than the traditional method. In light of the achieved results, the researcher recommended the following: holding specialized training courses for physical education teachers to familiarize them with the importance of progressive activity in teaching and how to prepare and plan for it. Also, making education meaningful by providing learners with their needs and interests through presenting content that is relevant to their problems.
Abstract
The researcher did this study entitled ( The effect of using graded activities on learning some basic volleyball skills for preparatory school students) which aims at identifying the extent at which preparatory students practise graded activities. The study population, which is the same as its sample consisted of the all the students of the second average, and the total were (60) students. The researcher has used a number of statistical devices and through field research procedures and through the tests on the sample of the study appeared some results and conclusions :
1-The effect of using graded activities in teaching physical Education positively.
2- The use of graded activities motivates participation and learning.
3-The use of graded activities requires more effort and time tha in traditional way.
Throughout the results of the study, the researcher has recommended the following:
1-Holding training courses for teachers of physical Education to maka them familiar with the importance of graded activities in teaching and how to prepare and plan for them.
2-The importance of emphasizing the Supervisors to use new methods in physical Education.
3-making teaching sensible by providing the Learners' needs and interest through presenting content that matches their problems.
