The sport of weightlifting for people with special needs and the challenged with disabilities depends on the (Bench Press) lift to determine the winner in the world and Paralympic championships, and that this lift depends entirely on the maximum strength of the muscles of the arms and chest through muscular angles that differ from the other in the productivity of this physical ability, and this is what called To study this case to show the effect of exercises with equipment for the bench press in developing the maximum strength more, to benefit from it in training and rely on it to achieve training goals. The aim of the research is to identify the effect of exercises on the equipment for lifting (Bench Press) to develop the maximum strength of the arms of the weightlifter for weightlifters for people with special needs and the challenged with disabilities, and to put them in front of the trainers’ eyes, and use them during the performance of training units for weightlifters, which is an indicator of physical efficiency for one time and with the highest possible strength. In the completion of the pressure lift from recumbent Paralympic. The researcher used the experimental method on the research sample, which numbered (10) players. The researcher used (the maximum strength test for the arms and the grip strength test), where the researcher applied the exercises on the devices for the type of lift on the research group. The exercises lasted (8) weeks with two training units per week, which amounted to (16) units. The results of the research resulted in the effect of exercises on the devices of the type of lift (Bench Press), by controlling the correct angle, which gave the possibility to achieve the required strength of the muscle and its ability to bring out the maximum force more and achieve the correct and ideal position for the lift.
