The tear of the groin muscles of the thigh is one of the common injuries in football, as it represents the majority of acute thigh injuries. The aim of this scientific study is to develop rehabilitation and physical exercises, and to identify the extent of the impact of the rehabilitative approach inside and outside the water on the tear of the groin muscles of football players. The researcher used the method Experimental for one group for pre- and post-measurement. The research population consisted of people with ruptured connective muscles in football players. The study was conducted on a sample aged (18-22) years with 6 people with partial ruptured connective muscles. The most important conclusions reached by the study was development in the muscular strength of the muscles. Macrophages, in addition to the disappearance of the degree of pain, and the development of some physical variables. The researcher recommends increasing attention to the rehabilitation of partial tears of the groin muscles of the thigh for football players inside and outside the water environment. He also recommends including the Copenhagen exercise in the training program because of its important role in protecting the groin muscles from injuries.
