Abstract

The research aims to prepare Sakyo exercises (S.A.Q) for advanced wheelchair basketball players and learn about the effect of Sakyo exercises (S.A.Q) on lactic acid, enzyme (LDH) and some offensive skills of basketball players. The researcher used the experimental method with one experimental group with two Tests before and after to suit the nature of the research, and the research sample consisted of ( 12 players) from the players of the Maysan basketball team. The most important conclusions reached by the researcher were: the appearance of a development in the results of the dimensional test in the values of the following indicators(lactic acid, enzyme dehydrogenase (LDH)), and the improvement of the skill performance of wheelchair basketball players . The researcher also recommends working on building training curricula based on the biochemical foundations of another sample, as well as knowing the experimental impact of it and the impact of the curriculum developed by the coach on the players. And the need to conduct tests "lactic acid, enzyme dehydrogenase (LDH) every intermediate training circuit or every two intermediate circuits to monitor the health status of basketball players.
