Abstract

The aim of the research is to reveal the effective role of principals in developing classroom activities such as physical education and language lesson in activities, competitions and school competitions in the education of Baghdad Al-Karkh II from the point of view of physical education teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the objectives of the research. The research community included (primary school teachers in the General Directorate of Education, Baghdad Colleges | 2 and Al-Ghalghahm (520). A primary school teacher, and the research sample was deliberately chosen for the Mahmoudiyah Education Department, and the sample amounted to (70) male and female teachers, representing (13%) of the original community. The questionnaire was presented to the (7) experts and they agreed on all fields by (100%) There are (4) areas, and the questionnaire was applied to the sample of the application and their number is (60). A physical education teacher. The researcher recommends encouraging physical education teachers to enroll in training and arbitration courses in the field of physical education, and that the directorates of education in the Iraqi governorates, especially the Directorate of Education in Baghdad, Karkh II, hold awareness seminars for primary school principals about the importance of practicing organized sports activities for their positive repercussions on society. And the student, and also an important aspect is the material aspect by overcoming the difficulties encountered in activating the school sports movement, such as material and moral incentives.
