The relationship of knowledge sharing with learning the skills of crushing hitting and blocking in volleyball among fourth grade female students

Knowledge sharing aims to work in a spirit of group or team collaboration, and knowledge sharing is of great importance for success. Knowledge sharing works to remove social, temporal, and material barriers, reduce time, effort, and distance, and attempt to overcome barriers and constraints, speeding up the learning process. The research aims to explore the relationship between knowledge sharing and learning the skills of volleyball spike and block among fourth-grade female students. The researchers assumed that there is a relationship between knowledge sharing and learning the skills of volleyball spike and block. The researchers adopted a descriptive approach with correlational studies, and the research population consisted of 180 fourth-grade female students. The study sample consisted of 68 students, representing 37.7% of the research population, selected intentionally from high-achieving female students attending school regularly for the academic year (2023-2024). The scale was prepared according to methodological steps and statistical processing to be suitable for the research sample, and after preparing the scale, the researchers verified the results using the statistical package SPSS. The researchers concluded that the cognitive collaboration scale is a valid measurement tool to meet scientific requirements. Fourth-grade female students require a high level of cognitive collaboration and an advanced level of multiplication and barrier skills. The researchers also found a relationship between cognitive collaboration and learning multiplication and barrier skills. The researchers recommended employing and activating the components of cognitive collaboration among fourth-grade female students due to its positive impact on various aspects, whether personal or cognitive
