The ground tennis game relies primarily on mastering the basic skills of the game effectively, and the success of the teacher in his work is through the students' mastery of its basic skills. This is achieved through the use of the best teaching strategies to ensure the learning of the students' forehand and backhand skills. The research aims to develop an educational curriculum and to understand the impact of this curriculum using the strategy of illustrative shapes in learning the forehand and backhand skills of ground tennis students. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research. The research community was defined by third-year students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Al-Qadisiyah for the academic year 2023-2024, totaling (80) students. A sample of (20) students was selected randomly and divided into two controlled and experimental groups. The researcher concluded that there is a development of the controlled group in the post-test in the front and backstroke tests in tennis for students. The use of visual aids helped increase students' confidence in themselves by allowing them to design shapes that indicate their understanding of the subject matter. The researcher recommends emphasizing the use of visual aids strategy as it is important in adding some fun and desire to learn for any scientific subject, which the researcher observed during the experiment.
