The effect of exercises using a parachute for air resistance in developing some physical abilities and achieving the 100- meter run for Men

The introduction to the research and its importance included, and it also included the presentation of the problem of trying to find a new and modern way to develop some physical variables for short-distance contestants that differ from the traditional means used to raise the level of their physical potential for the training process to reach high achievement. The researcher used the umbrella as a training means to develop the distinctive strength of speed, maximum speed and explosive strength of short-distance contestants (100 m) free, while the objectives of the research were: to develop the vocabulary of exercises using the umbrella to develop some physical abilities of short distance racers (100 m) free, as well as to identify the effect of exercises using an umbrella in the development of some physical abilities in the members of the research sample, and to identify the effect of exercises using the umbrella in the achievement for short-distance contestants (100 m) free in the members of the research sample. The researcher assumed: For exercises using an umbrella a positive effect in the development of some physical abilities of short-distance contestants (100 m) free, there are statistically significant differences between the tribal tests The remoteness and in favor of the dimension in the development of some physical capabilities of short-distance contestants (100m) free in the members of the research sample, there are statistically significant differences between tribal and remote tests in the development of achievement for short-distance contestants (100 m) free of the members of the research sample, while the areas of research were: the human field: an elite of the Wasit Governorate clubs, the temporal field: the period from 17/2/2024 to 17/4/2024, the spatial field: the Olympic court, as for the third chapter, the researcher used the experimental method and the research sample was chosen by the intentional way from the short-distance runners of a group of young people, and after the researcher conducted the exploratory experiment, he touched on the tribal and postal tests and performance Exercises as well as statistical means, the tests were the long jump test of stability, the test of running by jumping for 10 seconds and the test of running 50 meters from standing, as well as the fourth chapter included the presentation of the results of the pre- and dimensional tests of the research variables, the force characterized by speed, explosive force, and the maximum speed and the completion of running (100 m) free of the research sample group, analysis and discussion. The researcher concluded by presenting, analyzing and discussing the results the following: The use of intensity using parachutes as a training means has positively affected the development of some physical abilities, including maximum speed and explosive strength and the distinctive strength of speed. The researcher recommended: Emphasis on training with resistors using umbrella by trainers And include it within the training curriculum and clarify its importance to the players.
