Abstract

The study aimed to determine the standard grades and levels for theowing and jumping activities for famale students. The research sample included 35 first and second year famale students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The time frame was determined from 1/3/2024 to 1/5/2024. The researcher used the descriptive method and a set of statistical methods to achieve the goal of her research, such as (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and standard scores using the sequential method), in addition to finding the limits of the standard scores, the limits of the levels, and their percentages. The researcher reached a set of conclusions, which are:

* the degrees and levels of throwing and jumping effectiveness have been extracted.

* It appeared that there was a difference between the grades and levels of the famale students in all throwing and jumping activities.

According to the results and conclusions reached by the researcher, the following recommendation were made:

* adopting the standard grades and levels for throwing and jumping activities as an objective evaluation tool when giving grades during the examination period.

* Conducting similar studies for other academic levels and subjects for both genders
