The reality of job motivation for managers of formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from the point of view of its employees

The aim of the research was to create a special model of questions that would identify the point of view of employees and management on job motivation, as well as identify the point of view of employees and management on job motivation in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. The research areas were among the employees in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, and for the time period: 3/7/2022 to 6/1/2022, this policy was applied in the structure of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. The researcher determined the structure of the community through a comprehensive census of all employees in the departments, including (496) in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, and (10) in the Statistics Department, at a rate of 50% of the original community. The research sample was (248) employees, which were divided into (3) samples, with (40) employees from multiple departments, at a rate of (8%) of the total research community, and the remaining sample became the application sample for the research, which was at a rate of 10%. The researcher suggested that managers try to directly influence employees by communicating with them in a way that makes them enthusiastic. He also suggested that managers of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports be aware of the issue by issuing administrative penalties in the event of a defect or negligence in the job work or lack of guidance from the researchers. He also suggested that courses and workshops should be held for employees in order to understand the job correctly and understand their duties and rights.
