Abstract

The goal of the research is to:

  • Preparing complex exercises in the development of some physical and skill variables among young men in basketball.
  • Recognizing the effect of compound exercises on some physical variables among youth in basketball.
  • Recognizing the effect of compound exercises on some skill variables among youth in basketball.

The research imposed the following:

  • There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of some physical variables among young men Basketball in favor of the dimensional measurement of the experimental group.
  • There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of some skill variables among young men Basketball in favor of the dimensional measurement of the experimental group>
  • There are statistically significant differences between the dimensional measurements of some physical and skill variables, both The experimental and control groups, in favor of the experimental group.

The two researchers used the experimental method for its relevance and the nature of the research, using the experimental design with the pre- and post-test, and the research community was deliberately identified with the (20) players of the Sulaymanya  Sports young players, and the research sample consisted of (16) basketball players, as they were chosen randomly. Using the lottery, the research sample was divided into two experimental and control groups, with (8) players for each group. Test and observation are means of data collection, and the data were dealt with by the following statistical means: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, skew coefficient, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) and (t) test for the independent and correlated samples and the percentage, and the researchers drew several conclusions, including:

  • The training curriculum had a positive impact on the development of some of the physical variables under study, and this is what the research results showed
  • The training curriculum had a positive impact on the development of some basic skills variables in basketball, and this is what it showed research results.
  • There is a preference in the results of the post-tests for the two groups and in favor of the experimental group in all the variables listed the study .

The researchers recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Categories

 1) Using the proposed training curriculum in training basketball teams in the region and on all

 2) Taking into account the need for trainers to use modern methods of training.

 3) Conducting complementary research to what the two researchers started, dealing with the effect of other types of exercises on the physical variables under study other variabl.
