The reality of the job affiliation of the technical supervisors in the sports and school activities departments in the central and southern regions

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of job affiliation. As for the research community, it included the technical supervisors in the sports activity departments (specializing in physical education) in the central and southern regions, numbering (115) supervisors, and their percentage constituted 100% of the total research community. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method for its relevance to the nature of the research, as the researcher distributed the study scale after making the proposed modifications by the specialists to the sample of preparation and application numbering (100) technical supervisors, which constituted 86.95% of the total research community, and after collecting the results and conducting the treatments Scale statistics. The researcher concluded that the technical supervisors in the sports activity departments of the central and southern regions enjoy (job affiliation). The study recommended the necessity of providing sports activity departments with benefits and incentives for technical supervisors with outstanding performance in order to enhance their job affiliation.
