Time Management and Its Relationship to Creative Leadership Among Administrative Leaders in The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Iraq

Abstract

          The study aimed to identify the relationship between time management and creative leadership among administrative leaders in the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, The researcher followed the descriptive approach with the survey method and correlational relationships, while the researcher identified the research sample, which was represented by the members of the councils of the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, which numbered 120 individuals distributed over 20 colleges in Iraq, , while the researcher was keen to follow all the scientific steps in preparing the study’s two scales of validity and reliability, as the researcher relied on its use (content validity and validity of the hypothetical formation, as for the reliability, it followed the method of split-half and the method of Alpha Cronbach), Which resulted in the two scales of the study in their final form, as the time management scale contained (48) items, distributed over five areas (time analysis, time planning, time organization, time follow-up, time evaluation), and the creative leadership scale on (44) items, Divided into four areas: problem-solving ability, originality and fluency, perseverance, initiative), Then, the researcher applied the study’s standards to the sample of the application and made appropriate statistical methods related to the research objectives, The researcher came out with conclusions, the most important of which are: the administrative leaders of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq enjoy good time management and creative leadership, and there was a correlation between creative leadership and time management, in addition to that, time management requires administrative leaders to enjoy efficiency and creativity in organizing, planning and follow up on all times related to each task or duty within the organization.
