Organizational culture and its relationship to administrative creativity among managers of youth and sports forums from the point of view of employees

The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational culture and administrative creativity and for the managers of youth and sports forums from the point of view of coaches and supervisors in some games from the period from 15/1/ 2022 to 15/6/ 2022. Determining the research community with workers (coaches, supervisors) in some games in youth and sports forums in Wasit Governorate, which number (51) coaches distributed over (17) forums throughout the governorate, where the research sample was randomly selected for (34) and two scales were prepared to measure Organizational culture, administrative creativity, and the use of the spss statistical portfolio in addressing the results, where the researcher reached a set of conclusions, including that there is a significant correlation between organizational culture and administrative performance among forum managers in Wasit Governorate
