تأثير برنامج تدريبي مقترح على بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية على دقة التصويب بكرة السلة

الملخص

هدف الدراسة هو تصميم برنامج تدريبي يساعد اللاعبين على تحسين دقة تصويب الرمية الحرة من خلال استخدام أدوات مساعدة وعن طريق تقوية العضلات العاملة في أداء مهارة الرمية الحرة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي وشملت عينة البحث 36 لاعب ولاعبة كرة السلة من أندية محافظة اللاذقية (تحت الـ 16 سنة) حيث تم تقسيم العينة إلى مجموعتين متجانستين (ضابطة وتجريبية). ثم تقييم البرنامج المقترح من خلال مجموعة من الخبراء قبل تطبيقه وإجراء اختبار تكافؤ على عينة البحث لكل من:

أولا: دقة التصويب للرمية الحرة.

ثانيا: زوايا التصويب للرمية الحرة عن طريق تحليل شكل الأداء المهاري للتصويب من الثبات باستخدام برنامج "KINOVEA" للتحليل الحركي.

ثالثا: معدل التسجيل (الإنجاز). خلصت الدراسة الى ان استخدام البرنامج التدريبي المقترح والمُعتمِد على استخدام أدوات مساعدة (كرات طبية – كرة أكبر من حجم كرة السلة – كرة صغيرة تثبت في مركز الحلقة لسهولة التصويب على هدف –حلقة كرة سلة أصغر من المقاس المعتمد – مثلث الساعد) بهدف الوصول للزوايا المثالية عن طريق تقوية العضلات العاملة والمساعدة في أداء مهارة الرمية الحرة أدى لتحسين كينماتيكية حركة الرمية الحرة بالإضافة الى رفع نسبة دقة التصويب ونسبة التسجيل.
