Identifying factors affecting pleasure and anger of the spectators in the sport facilities of the province of Halabja, from Iraqi Kurdistan Region

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العناصر المؤثرة في مستوى الاستمتاع والغضب الذي يعيشه المتفرجون في الملاعب الرياضية. كان منهج البحث المستخدم هو التحليل النوعي، والذي تم اختياره نظرًا لملاءمته لنوع التحليل الذي تم إجراؤه. شمل المجتمع الإحصائي جميع الأشخاص الذين تابعوا المنافسات الرياضية في الصالات الرياضية ولديهم الخبرة الكافية في مراجعة الصالات الرياضية في محافظة مدينة حلبجة في إقليم كردستان العراق. وكانت طريقة أخذ العينات هادفة، وقام الباحث بجمع ثلاث عينات أخرى. تم التوصل إلى مستوى مقبول من الاتفاق (83% من الوقت) بين المبرمجين الثلاثة بحيث يمكن الوثوق بالنهج التعاوني للبحث وإعادة الترميز من قبل الخبراء في مجال الترميز واستخدامه في مواقف أخرى. تضمنت العوامل التي ساهمت في تطوير النادي أهمية التنمية الاقتصادية، وخلق الإثارة، وطبيعة الملعب الموجهة نحو الاحتياجات، وتطوير جميع جوانب الفريق. قلة الميزانية والمديرين السياسيين والرياضيين وقوة الإمكانيات أظهرت النتائج أن الأندية تلعب دوراً كبيراً في ترويج وغضب العملاء ويجب أن يكون لديها برنامج حديث في هذا المجال. من خلال إشراك اللاعبين والمدربين بالمعرفة وتحديد خط ميزانية النادي، سيحاولون جعل المتفرجين مخلصين ويشعرون بالمتعة، أيضا في مجال الغضب يجب أن يكون دور السياسة وإشراك الأفراد السياسيين في أدنى مستوياته والسرير نظيف ويمكن الوصول إليه في الملاعب. ولتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من المقابلة، تم استخدام إصدار البرنامج 10.
