الملخص

تُعد آلام أسفل الظهر من أكثر اضطرابات الجهاز العضلي الهيكلي شيوعًا بين لاعبي كرة القدم، وتمثل تحديًا رئيسيًا للأداء الرياضي والكفاءة الوظيفية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير التمرينات الاهتزازية في تخفيف درجة الألم وتحسين الكفاءة الوظيفية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم المصابين بآلام أسفل الظهر غير المحددة. اُستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمجموعة تجريبية واحدة. تكونت عينة البحث من (12) لاعب كرة قدم يعانون من آلام أسفل الظهر غير المحددة، تم اختيارهم عمديًا من أحد مراكز التأهيل المتخصصة. خضعت العينة لبرنامج تأهيلي باستخدام التمرينات الاهتزازية لمدة ستة أسابيع، وبواقع ثلاث وحدات أسبوعيًا. شملت أدوات القياس مقياس التناظر البصري للألم (VAS) لقياس شدة الألم، واختبار شوبر لقياس مرونة العمود الفقري القطني، وجهاز الديناموميتر لقياس القوة العضلية لعضلات الظهر، واختبار الامتداد النجمي (SEBT) لتقييم التوازن الديناميكي. تم تحليل البيانات إحصائيًا باستخدام اختبار (T) للعينات المرتبطة. أظهرت النتائج وجود انخفاض دال إحصائيًا في درجة الألم بعد تطبيق البرنامج التأهيلي (p ≤ 0.05)، فضلاً عن تحسن معنوي في جميع مؤشرات الكفاءة الوظيفية، بما في ذلك مرونة العمود الفقري القطني، والقوة العضلية لعضلات الظهر، والتوازن الديناميكي لكلا الطرفين السفليين (p < 0.05). وتشير هذه النتائج إلى أن التمرينات الاهتزازية تُسهم في تعزيز التنشيط العصبي العضلي، وتحسين الاستقرار القطني، والارتقاء بالأداء الوظيفي، إلى جانب تقليل الإحساس بالألم. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التمرينات الاهتزازية تمثل وسيلة تأهيلية فعّالة وآمنة لتخفيف الألم وتحسين الكفاءة الوظيفية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم المصابين بآلام أسفل الظهر غير المحددة. ويوصي الباحثان بإدراج هذا النوع من التمرينات ضمن برامج التأهيل والوقاية، لما له من دور في تسريع العودة الآمنة إلى الملاعب والحد من تكرار الإصابة.
