السمة الدافعية وعلاقتها في أداء مهارة الدفاع عن الملعب لدى لاعبي منتخب جامعة بغداد بالكرة الطائرة

هدف البحث هو التعرف على السمة الدافعية وعلاقتها في أداء مهارة الدفاع عن الملعب وفرض البحث هو وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السمة الدافعية وأداء مهارة الدفاع عن الملعب لدى لاعبي منتخب جامعة بغداد بالكرة الطائرة، استعمل الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات الارتباطية لملائمته مشكلة البحث اذ تحدد مجتمع البحث بـ (16) لاعب لمنتخب جامعة بغداد/ بالكرة الطائرة، اما عينة البحث فهم (12) للاعب وشكلت عينة البحث نسبة (75%). اما اهم الاستنتاجات فهي يتمتع لاعبو منتخب جامعة بغداد بالكرة الطائرة بالسمات الدافعية الايجابية. وكذلك استنتج الباحثين أن هناك علاقة قوية بين السمات الدافعية ومهارة الدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة اما اهم التوصيات العمل على تطوير السمات الدافعية من خلال التشجيع والتحفيز المستمر من قبل المدرب واللاعبين فيما بينهم وإقامة بطولات رياضية.
