The effect of the method of visual cognitive organizations on sensorimotor perception and learning My skills of Dribbling and Shooting Basketball

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the visual cognitive organizations style on sensory motor perception and learning the skills of clapping and scoring with basketball for the second intermediate students, and the research community consisted of (78) students from the second intermediate stage of the people (ABC) in Uqba bin Nafi Intermediate School for Boys in The General Directorate of Education of Baghdad, the second Karkh, and (50) students were chosen as a random sample, and (20) students were selected for exploratory experiments, while the number of the research sample was (30) students distributed into (two experimental and control groups). The experimental group consisted of (15 ) student, and the control consisted of (15) students, and the researcher used the experimental design with equal groups with pre and posttest , and after conducting equivalence and homogeneity of the sample, the two groups (experimental and control) implemented their educational approach as follows: The first experimental group applied the method of learning by illustrated cognitive organizations . The second control group applied the usual learning method used by the physical education teacher.
The researcher concluded that the application of the method of visual cognitive organizations (for Ozubel) has a positive effect on sensory motor perception and learning the skills of clapping and scoring in basketball for second grade students with a preference for the method of cognitive organizations compared to the usual method followed by the teacher of physical education for the control group. The researcher recommended the need to use Education by cognitive organizations in other activities and skills for the same school stage, and teachers of physical education in secondary education adopt the method of visual cognitive organizations in their educational curricula.
