In the present era, interest is increasing in developing the learner's abilities and skills by focusing on his role in the learning process and his responsibility for his learning, which drew the attention of researchers towards the concept of independent learning. The current study aimed to identify the impact of an educational approach using the independence method in learning the technical performance of the snatch lift for beginners. The research sample consisted of (16) first-grade middle school students for the academic year 2022-2023. The researcher prepared an educational curriculum to teach the technical performance of the snatch, and used the experimental approach using the method of one experimental group with a pre- and post-test. The results of the study concluded that there are significant differences among the sample individuals between the pre and post tests in the variable of the technical performance of the snatch raise in favor of the post test, which means the effectiveness of using the independence method in teaching the technical performance of the snatch raise for beginners.
