Abstract

The importance of the research lies in preparing motor coordination exercises for the arms to develop the striking skill for emerging players, because this skill It has a high impact on achievement and linking the basic skills, especially the offensive skills, as they were The most important objectives are: Preparing exercises for the motor coordination of the arms and knowing their effect on developing the tuck skill of emerging handball players. The most important hypotheses were: There are significant differences between the pre- and post-tests. The researcher used the experimental approach for one group with two pre- and post-tests, where the sample was chosen. In the intentional manner, they are players from the Specialized School in Baghdad, aged 15-16 years, numbering 10 players for the 2023-2024 season. The most important conclusions were: harmonic exercises have a positive effect on basic handball skills. The diversity of motor coordination exercises and their different repetitions led to a noticeable development in the handball tapping skill. The most important recommendations: Emphasizing the use of special combinatorial exercises to develop basic skills. Training staff emphasize the importance of developing skills by including motor coordination exercises and others within the training program.
