Effectiveness of communication for coaches and its relationship to self-sufficiency among players in the Premier League for the central region in football

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of coaching communication and self-sufficiency. Human Field: Central Region Premier League players. And the time range: for the period from 8/9/2021 - 22/12/2021. And the spatial domain: the stadiums of the sports clubs participating in the Premier League for the season 2020-2021. The research community was identified from the players of the clubs participating in the Premier League for the football season 2020-2021, The research community was selected from (208) players, and they were all taken at a percentage of (100%), where an exploratory sample was chosen for the research experience (18) players, at a percentage of (9%), and in a random. And the need to seek the assistance of experts in the field of sports psychology in order to enhance the players' self-sufficiency and improve their capabilities. And work on conducting more research and communication in the field of body language and non-voice communication between players and coaches.
