The magnitude of the effect of simultaneous training in developing some bio-motor abilities and performing the front circular kick for Taekwondo youth.

This study aimed to determine the extent of the effect of using simultaneous training in developing the bio-motor abilities of the investigated subjects and the performance of the front round kick. The most important objectives of the research were to suit the tests for the bio-motor abilities and performance of the front round kick for Taekwondo youth from the sample, as well as “explaining the effect of simultaneous training exercises.” In bio-motor abilities (explosive ability of the leg muscles, speed-specific strength of the leg muscles, motor agility, motor coordination) in order to develop them and perform the front round kick for Taekwondo youth.
The researchers used the experimental approach using an experimental design for one experimental group with pre- and post-measurement for the same group to solve the research problem and achieve verification of the research hypothesis. The researchers defined the research population as the youth players of the Holy Karbala Governorate team, who numbered (24) players. After collecting the data and analyzing it statistically, using the statistical package (SPSS) to extract [arithmetic mean, standard deviation, standard error, skewness coefficient, flatness coefficient, effect size, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test]. From there they derived their most important conclusions, and the results were proven. There is an effect of simultaneous training in developing some bio-motor abilities and the performance of the front round kick for Taekwondo youth, and the results of the effect size showed a convergence between the investigated bio-motor abilities and skill performance.
