The reality of the administrative performance efficiency of middle school principals in Baqubah District from the perspective of physical education teachers

The research aims to prepare a questionnaire to determine the reality of the administrative performance efficiency of middle school principals in Baqubah District from the perspective of physical education teachers. It also aims to identify the reality of the administrative performance efficiency of middle school principals in Baqubah District from the perspective of physical education teachers. The research problem was represented by the weakness of organization and planning by some middle school administrations and the lack of a clear strategy to achieve the goal. Therefore, the research decided to study this problem and find appropriate solutions. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method because it is the most appropriate method and contributes to finding an appropriate solution to the research problem. The research targeted a sample of (250) physical education teachers from Diyala Governorate, Baqubah District, who were chosen intentionally, with their percentage reaching (100%) of the original community. The exploratory sample amounted to (25) physical education teachers, with a percentage reaching (10%). Data was collected through a questionnaire designed specifically for this purpose. The research results showed that a questionnaire was prepared to measure the reality of the administrative performance efficiency of middle school principals in Baqubah District. In Baqubah from the point of view of physical education teachers, the questionnaire consisted of (5) axes, each axis having (8) phrases. Based on the results, the researcher recommends a set of recommendations that included that the requirements for success in schools must be provided according to a prior plan in order to benefit from it in developing the performance of school principals, and the necessity for middle school principals to have experience and knowledge so that they can perform their tasks correctly and reach the best results.
