Oxidative potential is an important factor that affects the physical performance and biological efficiency of cells, as it can change the balance between antioxidants and oxidizing agents, which is reflected in performance-bearing capabilities such as speed, strength, and endurance. This research aims to identify the effect of oxidative stress on some physiological variables and performance tolerance in female futsal players. The researcher adopted the experimental approach by designing the experimental and control groups with pre- and post-testing to suit the nature and problem of the research. The research community was identified with female players from the Bint Al-Iraq Women's Futsal Academy, aged (14-16) years, numbering (24) female players. (20) female players were selected to represent the research sample and divided equally into two experimental and control groups, each group including (10) female players. Physiological research variables included heart rate and lactic acid, as well as futsal endurance testing. Pre- and post-measurements were conducted, including the implementation of the training program over a period of (8) weeks, with (24) training units, three training units per week. The time of the main section in the training unit ranged between (40-45) minutes, and the high-intensity training method was used The training intensity used ranged between (80-95), and after collecting and analyzing the results, the researcher reached several conclusions, including the existence of a significant effect of the training program related to oxidative stress on some physiological variables in female futsal players, represented by an improvement in heart rate, an increase in the players' ability to tolerate the accumulation of lactic acid, and an improvement in performance tolerance. Among the recommendations that emerged from the research is the necessity of adopting periodic physiological measurements (heart rate, lactic acid concentration, performance tolerance indicators) to monitor the training status of female players during the training season.
