This research highlights the importance of identifying the impact of Specific Kinesthetic Intelligence (SMIT) training exercises on developing court defense and blocking skills among young volleyball players. This contributes to improving their technical and defensive performance and provides coaches with a modern training method that can be integrated into contemporary training programs to achieve optimal results. To investigate the impact of SMIT training exercises on developing court defense and blocking skills among young volleyball players, the researcher adopted an experimental approach, opting for a single-group pre-test/post-test design. The research sample was selected using simple random sampling and consisted of players from a local club. The researcher concluded that SMIT training exercises significantly improved the performance of young volleyball players in court defense and blocking skills.
