Organizational loyalty of physical education teachers in primary schools in the General Directorate of Education of Wasit Governorate

Abstract

The problem can be summarized in two questions: Does the organizational loyalty of physical education teachers play a role in their educational institutions, including the school? , Does the research support the organizational loyalty of physical education teachers in relation to the school's strategic vision? The research also aims to: develop and identify a research scale for organizational loyalty among physical education teachers in Wasit Governorate. To achieve these objectives, the researchers chose the descriptive survey method and selected a sample of (156) physical education teachers in Wasit Governorate, which was divided into a pilot study. The study was prepared by the lead researcher, who then developed the Organizational Loyalty Research Scale. The researchers analyzed the scale and extracted the results, arriving at several conclusions and recommendations. These included the ease of applying the study scale after ensuring the sample understood the responses, indicating that primary school teachers possess organizational loyalty to the educational tasks they face. Another recommendation was the necessity of engaging teachers as partners in setting shared goals. Which the administration intends to achieve. The necessity of periodically using the two research scales with physical education teachers.
