The current study aims to identify the details of the reality of organizational justice for schools managers from the viewpoint of physical education teachers in Anbar Governorate. The descriptive research approach was based on a sample of physical education teachers in secondary and preparatory schools who are continuing their administrative formations for the academic year (2022/2023), with a total number of (389) teachers. By their nature, they are distributed over their schools in the districts of Anbar Governorate and its administrative units. They were chosen randomly for the survey sample (10) teachers with a rate of (2.571%), and for the application sample (180) teachers with a rate of (48.072%) from their original community, and after applying the scale to the main sample, the results were processed using the (SPSS) system, so that the conclusions and applications are as follows: Schools managers possess an acceptable level of the phenomenon of organizational justice from the point of view of teachers of physical education, and they possess an advanced level of distributive justice that helps them to comprehend the physical education teachers' comparison of the percentage of their gains. They have an acceptable level of procedural justice that needs more improvements to match what teachers of physical education aspire to with this kind of justice. As it is necessary for the Ministry of Education to support schools managers by participating in developmental courses to increase the levels of organizational justice types in a way that is appropriate for the progress required for physical education teachers’ sense of job affiliation, which will reflect positively on the progress of sports administration in their schools. Also we must work to increase the interest of the Iraqi Ministry of Education in accrediting a group of qualified academics specialized in sports management, adopting vocational training opportunities for school administrations and spreading administrative awareness in accordance with the vision and modernity in organizational justice.
