Abstract

The importance of the research came by using a training method that works on neuromuscular activation in the multiple axes in the development of motor ranges, which serve the skill of crushing beating by achieving a point with the least effort and the highest efficiency that we see through international periodicals. And to identify the effect of special exercises for neuromuscular activation in the multiple axes in the development of motor ranges, and the researcher assumed that there were significant differences between the pre and post tests of the control and experimental groups in some physical abilities in volleyball for the applicants. The fact that this design is tightly controlled with its suitability for the research procedures, and the research sample included the players of Al-Numaniyah Sports Club for the category of applicants, and they numbered (16) players. Neuromuscular stimulation exercises according to pain The multi-talk of the performance of the crushing multiplication skill. The researcher, after completing the application of the exercises used and prepared by him, the post-tests were conducted on (10/10/2022) and for a period of one day, the researcher used the statistical bag (SPSS) for the purpose of obtaining the search results.
