Abstract
The special situation of the disability challenge is of great importance to the training of these categories, and a variety of training methods for these groups must be found in improving their level in line with their movements and these are direct influential and developed methods The essential trunk and high sides that help move and transfers within the stadium that is limited in this category of disability to perform skills with a volleyball sitting and these skills receive transmitter and defend the stadium, and the aim of researching the exercises of the functional power And applied to the volleyball players sitting and identifying its impact on the development of my skilled transmitter and defense of the pitch with a seating. The researcher has imposed that there are statistical differences between tribal and diminishing tests of the experimental and control groups in the functional force and the greetings of the transmitter and defense of the pitch by sample and then statistical differences in tests For the benefit of the experimental group, the sample of the players of the People's Planning Forum has been sitting in Wasit and its number (12) players and has been divided by (6) players for each group. The researcher also used the pilot approach and after homogenation and equivalence in tribe tests The main experience was applied and then conducting dimensional tests and the use of appropriate statistical means after gathering data for tests for access to the results required to achieve The research objectives concluded that the exercises used helped develop my skills to receive the transmitter and defend the stadium, which led to the improvement of skeptical performance and the regulation of exercise sequently (Basic exercises, exercises similar to play situations, play exercises) led to the development of the skillful performance of the experimental group better than the traditional method used in developing the studied skills as well.
The variety of exercises and their suitability for the nature of the sample as people with special needs had a clear impact on motivating them and spreading the spirit of excitement and suspense, which led to improved performance compared to the control group. In the studied skills, increasing suspense and arousing the spirit of competition, he also recommended conducting similar studies to use functional strength exercises for the rest of the volleyball skills sitting and for all age stages, as well as the need for diversity and modernity in using exercises to serve the course of the match, the type of performance, the level of players and their abilities, because of their great role in developing these capabilities and acceptance Players stress and high training volumes, increase the suspense factor, and avoid boredom.
