Building a moral intelligence scale for physical education teachers in Maysan Governorate

Psychology, with its various psychological variables, affects the nature of the professional performance of physical education teachers as well as the level of their teaching achievement. The study aimed to build a measure of moral intelligence for teachers of physical education in Maysan Governorate for the academic year (2022-2023), as well as to identify its reality with them. The researchers used the descriptive survey method for its suitability to the current research, and the research community included physical education teachers in Maysan Governorate, who numbered (514) teachers in (417) schools in the governorate, as the main research sample consisted of (300) teachers, and a scale-building sample was formed From (200) teachers, while the survey sample consisted of (30) teachers, they were excluded from the main sample and the application sample consisted of (100) teachers. A paragraph, the results of the statistical treatment of the dimensions and the scale as a whole were presented, so that the researchers reached a set of conclusions, including that there are statistically significant differences in the moral intelligence of physical education teachers in Maysan Governorate and for all dimensions except after self-control.
