The effect of competition-style exercises on the endurance of Premier League handball players

The research aims to prepare special exercises in the style of competition in the special endurance of Premier League handball players and to identify their impact on the study sample.
The researcher used the experimental approach, which is based on an approved and controlled change of the specific conditions of an event, and observing and interpreting the changes resulting from the event itself. And in the design method for the two equal groups with the pre and posttest. The researcher chose the research community from the Premier League handball players in Iraq. As for the research sample, which was chosen intentionally from the research community, it amounted to (20) players who represented the (Naft Maysan) club for the Premier League, the experimental research group was chosen randomly by lottery method, and it was represented by (7) players, and the exercises related to the competition method were applied to them. The researcher is the players of the second reconnaissance experiment, whose number is (4) players, and it constitutes a percentage of (35%).
The researcher conducted pre and post tests used in which tests (throwing balls - long pass from a distance of 30 meters for 45 seconds - running 200 meters in the form of defensive and offensive movements - sitting - and jumping up for a period of (60) seconds) were in favor of the post tests of the variables of the study.
Among the recommendations recommended by the researcher: conducting other studies on samples of players in group games in which the method of competition is used in exercises. Emphasis on paying attention to special stamina capabilities and continuous work on developing them due to their positive impact on the stability of the players' level of performance until the return of the excluded player as a result of legal violations.
