Abstract

The importance of the study lies in the fact that it is a scientific attempt to find out the effect of using special exercises in order to develop the element of agility in order to provide some data that benefit those involved in the field of boxing, whether sports institutions, clubs, federations or boxers. The second chapter explained the research methodology and field procedures, where it was used The researcher used the experimental method by designing the two equal groups (experimental and control) due to its suitability to the nature and problem of the research. As for the field research procedures, the boxing agility test was determined, and then the pre and post tests were conducted for the boxers. The third chapter was done through presenting, analyzing and discussing the results for the research sample, while in the fourth chapter the following conclusions were reached, which is that the use of special exercises according to scientific foundations would lead us to obtain On the positive results that contribute to the development of the variable under study, i.e. the exercises used contributed to the development of the element of agility among the members of the research sample, as well as it was recommended to see the exercises prepared by the trainers and those interested in boxing to benefit from them.
