Abstract

The importance of the study lies in using the strategy of cognitive journeys through carefully selected resources and websites prepared in advance by the teacher, who provides students with tasks that enable them to build and acquire knowledge using higher-order thinking skills, as the main research problem was the existence of a weakness in creative thinking and the skill of serving in volleyball For middle school students, so the researcher decided to delve into this problem and identify the causes, as well as try to develop appropriate solutions in order to raise the level of learning this skill. The research methodology and its sample, the researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the problem to be solved, while the research sample consisted of students of the second intermediate grade (m / first of June) whose number was (40) students, and it was divided into two groups, an experimental and a control group, each group consisting of (20 students). As the implementation of the curriculum began on Monday 28/11/2022, and it will be completed on Monday 9/1/2023. Based on what the research results revealed, the researcher reached the following conclusions and recommendations: the emergence of preference for the impact of the use of cognitive trips and their effectiveness on the approach taken in creative thinking and learning the skill of serving in volleyball. And be an essential part of the content of the curriculum, and the need to use the strategy of knowledge trips in learning other skills in volleyball.
