Abstract

The aim of the research to the objectives of the research is to prepare momentum exercises for working muscles in terms of explosive force in the throwing stage for young discus throwers, and to identify the values ​​of some biomechanical variables for the throwing stage and the completion of discus throwing, and to identify the effect of moments of force training for working muscles in terms of explosive force in some biomechanical variables and adaptations Physiology of the throwing stage and the achievement of discus throw for juniors , The problem of the research is that because they are specialized in athletics, they noticed that the achievements made in this activity did not live up to the level of ambition, because the exercises used did not take into account many variables related to the biomechanical path of the discus player and some of the physiological adaptations. The researchers promised this one of the Scientific problems related to the practical side, which may give limits to the achievement of discus throwers in Iraq , The researchers used the experimental method, and the sample number was (10) players from the junior category who represent the total research community of the players of the Specialized Center for Sports Talent Care of the Ministry of Youth for the year 2021-2022 AD. The tests included the following measurement of body mass, torso and arm mass in relation to body mass, Measurement of the radius of rotation of the thrower, the achievement test of the discus, the biochemical test, the nervous system test (emg), the measurement of the concentration of hexokinase in the blood ,  The most important conclusions are that the principle of changing the force during the joint range of motion is a primary goal for the evolution of its moments, and thus the launch angle and the direction angle associated with it, as well as the height of the center of gravity of the body at the moment of launch, have developed. The exercises used have effectively affected the development of the angular velocity of the arm during the moment of throwing Which affected the development of the final launch speed.
